Users have reported that the Country Code is not being populated correctly in Grid screening. Specifically, the country code in the Address group is not appearing in Grid , despite being visible in Fenergo's UI search criteria.
Details:
The issue arises because the country name "United States" in Fen-X is being mapped to the ISO code "US," while GRID expects "United States of America" and the ISO code "US." Consequently, Grid system is not receiving the correct country information.
Resolution Steps:
Update Fen-X Configuration:
Correct the country list in Fen-X to match the values required by GRID.
Ensure that each country name in Fen-X maps correctly to the 2-digit ISO code expected by GRID.
Update Affected Entities:
Apply the updated country list to the affected entities in Fen-X.
Re-screening:
Perform re-screening to verify that the country information is now correctly populated in GRID.
