During the onboarding journey, the FenX user completes the document task by satisfying certain document requirements by adding the required document and approving others as fileless documents. The fileless approval persists in the portal.
Reason:
The portal checks if a doc is linked, if it is the status is auto-set to approval pending review in Fen-X. Once a document is linked it will appear in the portal.
The portal does not cater to approved document requirements where no document is linked.
