Configuring Confirmed Match Resolution Options in Materiality Assessment Task

The Materiality Assessment task in Fen-x serves as a critical step in the screening process, helping users determine whether confirmed matches are material or not in the context of the client entity. By default, the task allows users to select 'Yes' as the resolution option. However, it's important to understand that 'No' cannot be selected in this task.

Configuring Confirmed Match Resolution:

To configure the Confirmed Match resolution options in the Materiality Assessment task, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Journey Builder.

Select the specific journey where you want to configure the Materiality Assessment task.

Edit an existing Materiality Assessment task.

In the task settings, you will find the 'When' field where you can configure how the task behaves based on certain conditions.

It's important to note that, in the Materiality Assessment task, 'No' is not a selectable option in the 'When' field. This is because the task's primary function is to capture the overall outcome of the screening process, specifically focusing on confirmed matches' materiality.

Conclusion:

The Materiality Assessment task is designed to provide a straightforward way for users to assess the materiality of confirmed matches within the context of a client entity. While it allows users to select 'Yes' as the resolution option, 'No' is not applicable in this task due to its specific purpose.
