Problem
The dashboard in Fen-x only shows content when a task is assigned directly to an individual.
Troubleshooting Steps
To identify the issue you can follow these steps:
Confirm the expected behavior: Review the system requirements and specifications to verify if the dashboard is intended to display content irrespective of task assignments.
Replicate the issue: Try accessing the dashboard using different user accounts or roles to see if the problem persists consistently.
Open the dashboard.
2.Click on the left hand GPI to view existing journeys. You can see there are many entities/journeys yet none of them display on the dashboard.
Review user permissions: Verify the user permissions and roles assigned to individuals. Check if there are any restrictions or limitations set for certain users regarding accessing journeys or tasks.
Resolution
Dashboard is working as per the design. In order for a journey to be displayed on the dashboard, it is necessary for a task to be assigned to a team that the user is a member of. Please ensure that the user has the appropriate permissions to access the team to which the task has been assigned.
