When an entity which is completely offboarded and the entity not comes under any policies assigned. Seems the entity is not unsubscribed from OGS and OGS journey triggered. the task “Sanctions/PEP Hit Confirmation” is keep on loading. Is this an expected behaviour?
Yes, This is an expected behaviour. When the entity is fully offboarded, it offboards the entity’s policies as well.
When an OGS screening journey is triggered, it evaluates it’s Policy and since the Entity has no Policies to evaluate, it is stuck in a loop.
For this reason, we recommend adding the 'Journey Task: Unsubscribe from Ongoing Screening' to the Offboarding JourneyType, so the Entity is unsubscribed from OGS prior to being offboarded. And the entity is marked with an ‘Unsubscribed’ chip when the verification task runs.
