We received an incident that last task on termination journey - unsubscribe entity from ongoing screening does not remove entities from screening.
Root cause:
The Mark for Unsubscribe button hasn’t been clicked. So, complete another Unsubscribe journey and ensuring the Mark for Unsubscribe button has been clicked should resolve the issue.
