Background
The portal is another for specific users to onboard customers. In the case that there is an issue with the portal, it is important to know who owns what.
How is the portal setup?
Setting up the portal consists of 3 steps:
Setting up the domain for the portal’s main page
Setting up the domain for the login/signup page (usually auth0)
Setting up the smtp server
Who owns what?
Generally speaking, while all steps are performed by Fenergo, only step 2 and 3 may differ where the client might choose to go with their own Identity Provider(other than Auth0) or SMTP server. In that case, if an issue arises in those areas, it will the client’s responsibilities to troubleshoot.
