When working with Kompany integrations, you may encounter the error ERR_COMPANY_SUPER_NOT_SUPPORTED (HTTP 405 – Method Not Allowed) with a message indicating that “Country supplied DE not enabled for super data.” This issue is specifically related to requests made for German entities and is not a general system failure.
The root cause of this error is a change introduced by Kompany on September 3, 2025. As part of this update, Kompany removed the standalone Super dataset for Germany (DE) and merged all previously available Super data fields into the Refresh dataset. This means that, for Germany, Super no longer exists as a separate option, and Refresh is now the only supported dataset. Any request that still attempts to use Super for Germany will be rejected, resulting in the 405 error.
