Outreach Data Review Task Displays No Data

Users may observe that the Outreach Data Review task appears blank. This article explains why this occurs and confirms expected system behaviour.

Scenario

After completing outreach:

  • The Outreach Data Review task is triggered

  • No data is displayed in the review screen

Explanation

This behaviour is expected.

The Outreach Data Review task displays only data that has been added or updated during outreach. If no fields were completed or changed, there is no data to display, resulting in an empty screen.

How Outreach Data is Processed

During outreach:

  • A snapshot of entity data is created

  • Only updated fields are stored in the outreach data store

  • The review task displays only those updates for comparison

The Outreach Data Review task shows a comparison of data points added or updated during outreach.

Summary
