User has retrieved the report for newly created entities, and found that the CurrentLegalEntityStatus is marked as 'unknown' for specific entities. Upon researching these entities, Discovered that some of them lack a journey, while others have been offboarded but are still categorized as having an 'unknown' status in the report.
Solution:
All statuses for all entities are managed on the system and open journeys are assigned to teams to manage along with journey refresh triggers, etc. It could depend on the timeframe passed in for the report. At the time the entity was created / the status was unknown
So, the line item in the report is correct “at the time” that event was captured.
