Missing Documents in Maintenance Journey

Issue Description: Clients have reported that while performing a maintenance journey for a migrated entity (via a data load), certain required documents are missing. Specifically, the two missing documents are:

  1. Take on Form: This document is part of the minimum standard set/global requirements.

  2. Verify Identity of SMOs - Independent Sources: This document is part of the Ireland jurisdiction requirements.

Root Cause: Upon investigation in the UAT tenant, it was discovered that the 'Review Document Requirements' task in the Maintenance journey builder only has the 'Documentation Requirements' category defined. In contrast, the onboarding journey includes all categories—'Documentation Requirements,' 'Onboarding Documents,' 'Ownership & Control Documents.' This discrepancy results in missing documents in the Maintenance journey.

Solution: To address this issue, it is recommended to define the 'Onboarding Documents' category in the Maintenance journey. This adjustment will ensure that all required documents, including 'Take on Form' and 'Verify Identity of SMOs - Independent Sources,' are correctly displayed and accounted for in the Maintenance journey.

Steps to Resolve:

  1. Access the Maintenance journey builder.

  2. Edit the 'Review Document Requirements' task.

  3. Ensure that the 'Onboarding Documents' category is defined alongside the 'Documentation Requirements' category.

  4. Save the changes.

5. Verification: After implementing the above solution, verify the Maintenance journey's functionality by performing a test run to confirm that all required documents, including the previously missing ones, are now correctly displayed and processed.

Note: This solution is particularly relevant for situations involving migrated entities via data loads and the Maintenance journey. Properly configuring categories in the Maintenance journey builder will help ensure the accurate handling of document requirements.
