For cases that are limited to entities/journeys in the Production environment, the Customer Support team may require reporters to gather relevant API responses. One such example is the journey instance API response. We can use this API response to analyse the exact status and characteristics of each stage/task/process.
In the Fen-X application, open the page of the affected Journey.
2. On this page, open Chrome Developer Tools panel using one the below methods:
SHIFT + CTRL + i (Windows)
Command + Option + i (MacOS)
Right click on any blank space in the webpage & ‘Inspect’
3. In the newly opened window go to the Network tab and ensure the Preserve Log checkbox is checked:
4. Reload the browser window that you have open at the Journey:
6. In the Developer Tools window filter by journeyquery/api/journey-instance
7. In the filter results, click on the bottom-most row that matches the ID in the URL of the journey
8. Go to the Response tab and make sure the { } button is enabled. It should be blue as shown below. This will format the response in a more readable way.
9. Copy the content of the response tab and paste it into a .txt file (Using Notepad or any other text editor)
10. Attach the .txt file to your Intercom ticket
