Portal Signup can be done in 2 ways.
Method 1:
Login to the tenant> Go to Portal user management>Click on Add> Enter the user details >Click on Save. Create a customer in Fen-X
Link the user to the Entity.
Send the activation link to the user.
Note: If the activation link is already expired, just regenerate the link via fen-x. I just marked on the screenshot how to regenerate the link. If you click on the same icon the link will regenerate.
Set the new password after navigating to the activation link.
Then use the Portal URL and go to the 'Login' tab to sign-in
Method 2:
Go to the Portal URL :
Click on signup tab and enter the email address and password which the user wishes to register.
Click on Sign-up after accepting the agreement.
User will get a pop up saying “Please verify your email address”.
Then verify the email address.
After the email verification,Go back to Portal then click on login tab and use the same email address and password to login.
Go to the Fen-X app> Portal User management> Search for the user> You can see the status has been changed to active.
