For cases that are limited to entities/journeys in the Production environment, the Customer Support team may require reporters to gather relevant API responses.
One such example are the detailed Entity Audit Logs, or Audit Event API response.
We can use this API response to analyse the exact history of each stage/task/process
Go to the Entity Profile in question
Open Browser Dev Tools by pressing Shift+Ctrl+i (Windows) or Command+Option+i (MacOS)
Go to the Network tab of the Browser Dev Tools window and ensure the Preseve log checkbox is checked:
On the Entity Profile, click the Audit button:
Expand the Audit Records for each data field that in which the detailed Audit Logs are required
(Each data field that is expanded will produce it’s own unique audit-events API response):Once each required datafield’s audit history has been expanded, in the Browser Dev Tools window, go through each of the POST audit-events API calls that were captured, and copy their respective responses onto .txt files
(They usually come in pairs, the OPTIONS type API call we don’t need as it doesn’t contain any response)
Send the .txt files through to support
