"Last Screened Date" or other fields that are visible in WCO UI are not visible in Advanced Reporting.
The “Last Screened Date” is not part of Fenergo (FenX) data. It is screening provider data (e.g., World-Check), which is displayed in the UI but not persisted in the FenX reporting data model.
Why It’s Not Available
Advanced Reporting only exposes FenX data.
Screening tables (
screening_batches,screening_batchentities,screening_matches,screening_entities) contain batch execution data, not provider-specific attributes.Provider-derived fields (such as “Last Screened Date”) are not stored in the reporting schema and therefore cannot be queried via APIs.
Fenergo provides an equivalent metric using:
screening_batches.createddate(last screening initiated), orscreening_batches.closeddate(last screening completed)
