Issue Description: When foreign characters are added to an entity’s name or address in the Fenergo UI, they may not display correctly in reports exported to Excel.
Resolution Steps:
Export Data from Application:
Navigate to the desired entity or report within Application.
Export the data to a CSV file format.
Prepare Excel for Data Import:
Open Microsoft Excel and create a new blank worksheet.
Go to the 'Data' tab on the Excel ribbon.
Import Data into Excel:
Click on 'Get Data' > 'From Text/CSV' in the Excel ribbon.
Choose the CSV file exported from Fenergo and click 'Import'.
Set Delimiter and Encoding:
In the Text Import Wizard, select the appropriate delimiter (e.g., comma) used in your CSV file.
Choose UTF-8 encoding to correctly interpret foreign characters.
Click 'Load' or 'Transform Data' to import the data into Excel.
Verify Character Display:
After importing, verify that the special characters, such as Arabic script, are displayed correctly in the Excel sheet.
Ensure that columns are formatted properly to preserve the integrity of special characters.
Save and Use the Report:
Save the Excel file with the imported data for future reference or reporting purposes.
Use this Excel file to generate reports where foreign characters are accurately represented.
