In the event of a failure with the LexisNexis Automatic Batch process that manages nightly Ongoing Screening, this will mean that no Alerts will have been sent to Fenergo SaaS for any new hits that were identified. Although the Automatic Batch process completed, no output file will have been generated by LexisNexis for FenX to retrieve. In order to rectify this, any Alerts that were generated as part of the impacted batches will need to be manually closed directly in LexisNexis Bridger, but not added to an Accept List. This ensures that the next time the Ongoing Screening process runs, these Alerts will be generated again.
Directions
Navigate to Batch → Batch Runs
Select each Batch that was run from Fenergo on 21/03/2024. The corresponding Batch Names are as follows:
Click on the hyperlink beside Alert Count – this will navigate you to a list of Alerts triggered as part of each Batch Run.
In the Alert view, you can multi-select all records and set the State to Closed in the ‘All Alert Decision Options’ menu:
It’s very important that the Alerts are not added to any Accept List as part of this action. We should see the same Alerts being raised tonight and triggering Ongoing Screening journeys in Fenergo SaaS.
